G-SHOCK GA-2100HDS-7A Well, I guess I got the one that was a dud. My minute hand fell off and it seems to be gaining time for the analog clock. The hidden lume is weak, but if you give it a few minutes of bright light it will give you a light blue glow. Overall it's a cool watch and I just got one with some issues. I have the tools to work on watches so I am not going to make a big deal out of it. I just hope my analog clock doesn't keep on gaining too much time per day. My only complaint is that all my other G-Shocks have an auto backlight and the Hidden glow series doesn't seem to have it. Sort of a let down for a "g-shock". ... show more

This watch is wonderful. Set-up instructions easy to use. I’m 70 years old and could do it. I can see the dial. This watch has been in water, horseback riding, shower and still remains accurate.

G Shocks are elite. Keep great time, are basically indestructible, and look cool. It is quite large/bulky, so you need to be okay wearing something with a lot of wrist presence, and the white color is BRIGHT making it stand out even more especially against darker or tanned skin tones. The backlight is kinda “meh.” And I’d say comfort level is mid. Lightweight but plastic strap isn’t as soft and smooth as other materials.
