As a long-time G-Shock wearer, this one is my favorite. Works perfectly, as G-Shocks always do. And it looks good on my wrist. I did put on an aftermarket nylon band. Those are cheap enough, and it's a personal preference. The day / date display is awesome. I have two other G-Shocks that are getting a little beat-up looking--even though they still work just fine. I got this watch for my husband as a gift. It looks casual and sporty. Not too big on the hand. It’s easy to read. He says that it feels comfortable on his wrist too. So far so good. I use it mostly for work so I dont scratch my smart watch. Tells time, couldn't tell you if the battery last 10 years or not. Time will tell.
