I ordered this bundle on Monday for my daughter's 13th birthday. It shipped the same day I ordered, and it was delivered the very next day!!! It is a beautiful set and just what we wanted. The sound quality is that of a full size piano (in my personal opinion), there are different sound options to choose from and you can even record what you are playing and listen to make improvements. It came with everything listed except the DVD. I emailed the seller, and they responded immediately. They let me know that my order came with a QR code for a digital download, which was fine, but the way my daughter learns she preferred to have the physical DVD.     • AWESOME BUT Missing screws & clips
Size: CDP-S360 Black Color: Bundle w/ Furniture Stand and Pedal
BUT there were 2 packages missing. 1 package of screws, 1 package of clips (for wires tp stay in place) very, very, important to putting the "last pieces" together. My son went to Ace Hardware got the items & returned to finish the piano parts. We figured it would be heck trying to describe what was missing, had no way of knowing really who to contact for "quick" replacement.     • Such a Nice Piece With One Flaw

I was surprised how much this feels like a real piano. It doesn't have a ton of features or different sounds, but for a beginner, this is a really nice instrument that doesn't take up much space. I keep mine under my standing desk and slide it out to play. Very convenient. I haven't used this feature yet, but I also like that it can run on batteries. My only complaint is that the headphone jack is in the back, beside other jacks. It would've been better to put it in the top, the front, or even on a side or the underside. Just about anywhere else would be easier to reach. Because of how I store mine, I have to contort myself to reach under and behind the unit to plug in headphones, and I have to feel my way toward the right jack. It's a pain. But overall, I'm happy with this piano. I'd give it 4.5 stars if it were an option. The stand that came with it is perfect--adjustable to any height you might need. ... show more

    • It is DEFINITELY a good substitute for a real piano!
For those of you wondering 'Is this a good substitute for a real piano?'. YES IT IS! I've played piano for 30 years and have been without one for 2 years (due to moving). It plays beautifully - keys feel nice and touch-sensitive works. The pedals work great. (I haven't used the single pedal that also came with it as I got the package with the '3 pedals'.) It sounds gorgeous! It comes with a good instruction book for figuring out how to use the metronome/change tone etc. I managed to record a song but haven't tried to hook it up to the computer yet. I'm looking forward to experimenting with that! EDIT: I have now..see below. It also has a huge catalogue of songs recorded into it which you can leave playing and it sounds like someone is playing piano for you in the room! You can also play along if you know the music! It's a good package deal. It comes with a beginner keyboard book (not piano) which is no use to me but I'm sure would help someone at least with some basics if they needed. The stool is sturdy and it took my husband just a short time to put the stand together for me. It is such a treat to have this piano! Don't hesitate... get it! EDIT: I have now managed to record from the piano to my computer. I first tried to get the music that I had recorded on the keyboard onto the computer via the USB slot (cable same as one I had for a Printer). I managed to transfer the file onto the computer but could not find a programme to open the music file. Having searched on the internet many people also have this problem. You can download a programme from Casio which transfers music into the 'casio' format to hear via your keyboard but not the other way round! That seems bizarre! Anyway, I read about an alternative way where you play the piano real time into your computer programme which is what I'd thought I would have to do anyway. I use Audacity to edit music so I bought a cable that goes from the back of the keyboard (Dual TS Cable to 3.5 MM) into the Microphone slot on your computer. (Another problem.. my big laptop only has one slot which is dual headphone/microphone so when I tried to record the sound quality was awful! Apparently you can buy a USB port which has both the microphone/headphone - input/output for just a few dollars. I have an old mini-laptop and that one had both slots. I had Audacity on that one and after playing around with the recording levels have managed to record a nice-sounding piano piece from my piano to the computer!) ... show more

I had the worst experience with customer service. Months of automated messages when trying to resolve an issue with the keyboard, finally I returned it ( I paid for the extended warranty) and came out the pocket over $230.00 to ship it back via UPS trackable + insurance ( I’m not a prime member) and was told I would be reimbursed and never was.
