I absolutely love this case. It's very beautifully designed, which matters to me! This design really complements the beauty of the MacBook, rather than covering it up. The bumper protection is designed well, and the case doesn't add much thickness to the laptop. It does make the laptop heavier, and makes it so that if you move around with it open with too much force, the top will close itself. This is not the case (pun not intended) at rest, though, so I would just close the laptop when moving between locations. It snaps on easily, and stays on pretty snug. It’s a high price and while the corner bumpers are nice they’re also kind of flat and awkward. They make my laptop no longer fit in my larger sleeve/case. The design looks sort of cheaply printed and it’s not easy to grip as a material. Plus when you rest your wrists on the edge of the laptop, say if you’re laying down, the edges of the case aren’t very beveled and it cuts into your skin. I went for a different, much cheaper and slimmer case with a textured cover. ... show more

Nice fit, good protection, cute design: This product fits very well onto our 2023 Macbook pro and only takes a few seconds to put on. The protection provided by the case is also ideal for our household - the rubber edges do act as a pretty good shock absorber for small falls, but don't expect it (or many other cases) to protect against significant damage. The rigid outer plastic layer also adds good protection to the flat surfaces of the laptop and is great for traveling in case the corner of a suitcase (or similar) pokes into the vulnerable top of the laptop. The design of the product is also both cute and functional, with grippy rubber feet to keep the laptop firmly in place, air holes on the bottom to prevent overheating, and a fun, childlike design on the top of the unit that's ideal for parents of young kids or teachers. I love the print on this case! I had a little trouble getting it on, but I can tell that it won't be coming off easily. I'm a very clumsy person, and I take my phone cases seriously- Casetify has protected my phones very well, and I trust this case to do the same for my laptop.

Would like to first say that I do love this laptop and love the design as well. I have been though 3 laptop covers in the past year and everytime the corners seem to crack. I wanted a new case that was going to hold up and also protect my laptop. Well this case is doing just that. I love the Nico-clips as it does not make the laptop bulky. I will say the clips slip off a bit if you are moving from one spot to another (ie. the table to the couch) but they pop right back on. Also, I love the extra corner protection as I apparently am rough with the corners on my laptop. ... show more

I was so hopeful that this would be the right case for my new, black Macbook Pro 16in, but considering how expensive Mac laptops are, this is just not good enough protection or good value for something that can only protect you from scratches. Since I’m unwilling to drop my computer from any substantial height onto anything hard to see if it works, I instead dropped my laptop several times onto our couch. Each time the top part of the cover came off either partially or fully. And that’s just falling 2-3 feet onto a cushion. When I tried to ask the company for product support, I was met with an endless circle of interactions which led nowhere. Very disappointing. ... show more
