For starters, the case I received was gold when I ordered the twilight sparkle (silver/blue). Whatever, I don’t mind the gold. But then, I put it on my phone and realized the side where the volume control is has completely separated from the back of the case. It took less than 24 hours (it was only delivered yesterday evening) for this case to be completely unusable, and it would cost me more than the case cost to return it for a replacement. Junk.     • This is straight up sad….
The media could not be loaded. This case sucks. Before I start saying anything I just want to let you know that I am not trying to be “that” person but what happened makes me very upset and frustrated. I recently bought this case for my daughter and once it arrived she was very excited and she put it on her phone. Two days after she realizes that the edges of the phone case (the long side with the volume buttons and the power button) is off and loosely dangling from her case. My daughter was not rough with it and didn’t throw it all over the place. Even though i know my daughter didn’t drop her phone with the new case on from 10 feet, the description of this phone case does say it has a 10 foot drop protection so technically that is false advertisement. I think this case is very cute but the quality just makes me mad. ... show more
