I used it on my recent trip to Disneyland and I loved how easy it made it for me to snap a quick picture or check the app. It was really convenient not to have to dig around in my bag. My only complaint is that I wish they offered longer straps to make it more plus size friendly. Purchased to do grocery delivery orders (InstaCart, DoorDash, UberEats, etc) but I still wanted to look cute. This makes my life so much easier. I am able to frequently check my phone as I grab products without having to fuss with pockets (or lack thereof, some days). The chain is long enough to scan the required barcodes easily at self checkout. I added a small cute carabiner to hold my car keys as well. It feels very durable and actually has some weight to it, but I have only been using it for a couple weeks so I will update my review if it breaks sooner than expected. Product looked good. It hung down about 2 inches too low on me - I'm 5'-5". So I looped one side through the ring to attach the clasp higher up on one of the links. This was easy to do, until the clasp broke. The pin/rivet that holds the snap part of the clasp onto the base fell out. The clasp on the other side is fine, so I'm returning and buying a new one, hoping I just got unlucky with a defective part. I'll update this review when I get the replacement. ... show more
