The top and bottom are made of durable polycarbonate plastic that is resistant to scratches and scuffs. It's padded inside both top and bottom, and the bottom has pre-cut foam to hold your PS5 securely in place. Under the PS5 foam cutout, there is a space for accessories like controllers, headphones, stand, and wires. The accessories custom precut foam can be configured depending on which accessories you want to carry. Note that the case is uniquely designed for and is compatible only with the Slim version of PS5, not the original one! I have mixed feelings on this. It really doesn't fit very well for the planned purpose, but it's a great case. Tough and durable, good locking ability, tight seal, looks great. The foam is easy to cut to whatever shape you want. I'm using it for other gear, and it's excellent. Not for the original purpose, but really, really good for other things. In fact, I like it so much that I can't give it anything less than 5 stars. Just know why you're getting it.

This PS5 SLIM case is essentially a waterproof gun case, repurposed with custom, precision-cut foam to hold a PlayStation 5 SLIM. The negative reviews here didn't read the product description, or look at the product photos. The case looks exactly as shown in the photos, and holds all the items shown in the photos. This waterproof case has a rubber gasket on the lid, which seals securely when the lid is closed and latched. There is an air pressure valve on the front of the case, for handling pressure changes when traveling on an airline, because the case seals airtight. The lid hinges have a nice feature where the lid stays in the upright position, so it doesn't close unexpectedly on your hands. May it be international flights, road trips, camp outs, or just in case of disasters. It’s so nice to know your stuff is well protected. They could throw this case at baggage claim and your stuff will still remain safe. They could throw your stuff at the airport in the pouring rain into a deep puddle and your gear is still going to be safe. That’s the kind of peace of mind I am talking about. Used to always carry my projectors carry on with me so I could keep a sharp eye on them. Any idea what kinda of pain that is at customs? Now all I have to worry about is them losing it. The case inside is customizable to whatever you want to put inside. It’s got little cubes of foam that you can sculpt layer by layer to get the exact perfect fit to hold your gear snug as a bug in a rug. Same quality but way cheaper than the bird themed brand of gear cases.

The sole reason for the 3 starts is the ps5 lays on the sticks on the control and Causes stick drift and I wouldn't recommend carrying a controller in the case for that reason I've gone through 2 ps5 controllers since getting the case other then that the case is very nice good quality.
