The size Large fits my head well which is a typical 59-60 cm sizing. The helmet is comfortable and, if the rider likes a half helmet, this choice has some extra benefits in the hidden tinted lens that drops down from the visor area. It has nice curvature and seems to lack distortion so it would be good on days where wearing your glasses is needed or you simply forgot your shades. It has good peripheral vision. The ears are more protected than a typical "meets the legal definition of a helmet" helmet. It's well padded and will give you a fighting chance.
