I did a previous review of this product as I was having an issue with FedEx the delivery carrier. my dresser was delivered shortly after my initial review. the manufacturer uses quality materials for what the dresser is made of a particle board that's pretty sturdy. the hardware that they use is top notch and as I was having some confusion (before I watch the video) and I screw and unscrew the hardware multiple times. a lot of products I have bought with lesser hardware quality the heads would strip and would be a total disaster. not this hardware. it held up very very well. I would recommend this for someone who is looking for a good value for the money. unless you have assembled similar furniture I would watch that video initially and keep it up on your screen as it walks through the process thoroughly. and would have reduced my time tremendously had I taken the time to watch it initially. the only reason I'm giving it four stars and not five is that it wasn't as clear to me that that video existed. I may have missed that however. I will say their customer service was super responsive. and that usually starts at the top of the company but you have to have people on the ground floor that are willing to do the leg work to get answers to help you through it. and their team did a tremendous job. kudos to the company and to its employees.

The dresser probably took me 8 hours to assemble. I took my time and went page by page and opened the bags when it was time to. Everything went smoothly until I got to putting on the slides for the drawers. the pictures were not clear to me and after I got to the point to attach the slides to the drawers I spent a lot of time removing and adjusting the slides so that they would close flush. Also for some reason even though I looked I missed the step to install the guide that holds the 2 large back panels together. There were a couple of drawers that when the handle was attached to the panel they were loose. All and all the finished product looks very nice and is very sturdy. The drawers operate smoothly. Happy with the purchase.

When completed this dresser is really nice. It came packaged with all the parts labeled & booklet with step by step directions. Some of the directions could have been more clear. Make sure you read them carefully & tackle it one step at a time. The materials used are nice quality. The dresser took several hours to put together but I think it was well worth it. It will serve its purpose in our guest bedroom. Drawers are a decent size. Colors are pretty together, it has that farmhouse look.

This whole project has been a total nightmare. It has been 2 weeks since ordering and the dresser is halfway put together because of a manufacture error on the backboards. This company clearly lacks basic quality control and is shows in the products you will receive. I messaged the seller about the issue and they agreed to send me a new dresser BUT without any of the screws/hardware; meaning I have to take the entire thing apart and start over because they're too cheap to send some extra screws. Not to mention the awful instructions, they may as well be in a different language because it took multiple adults to figure it out. 5 days ago the seller offered to send a new dresser (minus the parts) WITH expedited shipping at no charge. 5 days later and they've only created the shipping label. Expedited shipping only means something if you don't take the entire normal shipping time to even get it sent to FedEx!! Not once have they offered a refund or partial refund, which I feel is completely dishonest given the horrific experience this has been, on top of the terrible customer service who flat out lied about expedited shipping. -10/10 DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. (Will update if they amend the situation appropriately)

I love this dresser! It is so well made and looks amazing in my bedroom. It does take a lot of time to assemble, but it was easy and all of the parts were well marked. I am a 68 year old woman and put it together myself using only a Phillips-head screwdriver. The price was good too.

Had an issue of damaged part, then UPS charging import delivery fee once deliver ting the replacement. Also the holes for bolts were misaligned so it took a while to assemble all of them together after the shipment arrived. But at the end, the seller refunded me the import fee that UPS charged, assembled altogether and it looks sturdy…! The drawers also open fully so it should be easy to store clothes. The whole process wasn’t as smooth as I hoped but you can’t complain when the sellers try to keep the price as competitive as it is. I would like to thank for the good customer care that I received.

We’ve had this dresser for a few weeks now and I’m honestly so happy with it. It sits right under our window, and every morning the sunlight hits that slightly distressed cream finish-it looks beautiful and calming, like something out of a cozy cottage. I usually keep a candle, a small vase of faux roses, and a little piece of art on top, and it makes our bedroom feel put together without trying too hard. We use the top drawers for socks and underwear, and the bottom ones for jeans and folded sweaters. No sticking or weird noises- they slide open smoothly, which is such a small thing, but really makes a difference when I’m half- awake and trying to find clean clothes. The black handles feel solid and match the little accents in our bedroom. And I really appreciate that the back is flat and flush- it sits nicely against the wall with no wobble. We have a toddler, so sturdy furniture is a must, and this piece feels really safe and reliable.
