So much fun and it keeps my kids outside playing instead of sitting in front of technology. The car and remote both need AA batteries. It has a zero lag between when you move the remote and the car takes off in whatever direction. It takes turns quickly and because the base is wide it doesn't often roll over. This truck has definitely been put through the obstacle courses by my kids and the neighborhood kids. They built ramps, run it over the burn pile with loads of bumps and sticks and it seems quite durable.

We purchased this RC car for our 3-year-old son. Our 11-year-old daughter was using it indoors to entertain her 3-year-old brother. During casual use, the car lightly collided with the leg of our dining table. Despite the low-speed impact, both front control arms (left and right) shattered into multiple pieces. Given that the car was being operated at reduced speed indoors, we were surprised by the extent of the damage. For a product in this price range and with the speed capabilities it advertises, we expected a more durable construction. This experience raises concerns about the build quality and long-term durability of the vehicle.

Operates well. My son has been running it non-stop except for when the battery is charging. He's known for breaking things quickly and this is still going with speaks to its durability. Only con is the battery doesn't last a long time. Maybe 5 minutes before it needs recharged.
