My initial rides have not been too smooth, I've hit many walls, and I am sure many more to come! The skateboard has held up with no signs of damage. Remote is great I’ve been gradually cranking up the speed. Battery life is another win. It charges up fast. I think the range will be ready once I start taking local rides outside my driveway. Purchased this skate board for my 15-year-old son as a birthday gift , The kid literally has everything so I decided to upgrade his standard board.. It’s been about 3 weeks and he’s just starting to get the hang of this board, which is very durable and Very stable. The colorful gripping material on the top is very well done, totally designed to last! All of his friends are in love with it, and want one for Christmas.. this board is just absolutely gorgeous, pictures do it no justice whatsoever! battery Life is impressive! it can run for about an hour on a single charge, and charges super fast! and for beginners, 10 miles per hour is very fast. The 3 speeds are very helpful especially when you’re not used to this style skateboard.. To my surprise, it climbed a good size ramp, but did use up a good portion of the battery life. It’s glides very smooth, gives a lovely ride. Very well constructed!! It was very easy to figure out as well.. the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. This electric skateboard has been really enjoyable even for a 10-year-old without skateboarding experience. It helps that it has different speed settings “low, medium & high” to adjust based on skill level. Set up is easy, as it only takes a minute to pair the remote to the skateboard. It’s really easy to use with the remote control that adjusts speed and stops the skateboard. The remote shows how much battery remains. The skateboard quick charges in about 2 hours and the remote charges with a USB charging cable, which is included. With occasional use for about 2 weeks, we haven’t had to charge it yet, so the charge lasts a long time. We have not needed to use it, but it comes with a tool to tighten and maintain the skateboard. Regardless of any skill level, it can be used by anyone in the household. My older daughters and husband have given it a try and have had lots of fun. If the battery dies, it does allow you to use it like a regular skateboard. We do recommend knee pads and a helmet! ... show more

My daughter used the skate board for about 6 weeks and loved it. After that the Skateboard would not charge. I have been back and forth with over the past 2 months and they have been no help. They asked me to send them video of what was happening and I did that. They believe there is a problem with the battery and said they would send me a new one about a month ago. Still have not seen the battery. Even if I do get the battery not sure how I am even going to change it since the skateboard is sealed up like a cell phone. It is not like I just pop the cover off and change out the batteries like the they are a couple of "AA" batteries. Skateboard was great, my daughter loved it when it worked, now she is just sad that her gift no longer works. The seller/company has been giving me the runaround and no help the past 2 months. I get 1 off's happen, however, the service to resolve the issue has been horrible. I feel like I am begging them for help and support with the defective product they sold me, and they are dragging their feet, giving me the runaround, hoping I will give up and go away. ***Update - been working with customer service now for over 3 months. Have been promised a replacement (which I am good with) have not seen it. Have been promised a refund and have not seen it. Worst company and product support I have ever experienced. The media could not be loaded. Bought this electric skateboard from Wookrays in Amazon. Shipping was fast and product is well packed (boxes in a box). It’s go all tools and accessories needed to operate this skateboard, it looks very nice and material was well made. The connectivity between the control and the motor on the skateboard is very good (very responsive and no latency). Love this product instantly, will get it outside and play with it later (will come back for another review). Highly recommended this product if you are look for an electric skateboard. As promised, I’ve come back for a second review. This electric skateboard works very well. I charged it in full and left it home for days(since The day I received it) ; both the control and the skateboard is still fully charged. My kids was playing in a parking lot for hours and still, the battery can last and have two bars on it (see video)no overheating no other issues with the battery and the skateboard. This skateboard is pretty sweet. At a fair price, it is not too heavy, and it is small enough that it can fit in a backpack (with the top sticking out). It was a good product to ran well and the speed was good but the battery ended up dying and not recharging, so I would definitely recommend to get the protection plan so if this dose happen you can get your money back
