I was worried when I took it out of the package because it seemed so thin compared to the foam ones that the others in my family had chosen, but it was comfortable, didn't get hot, stayed in place, and worked well with my over the ear headphones. This is a great travel neck pillow. When you take it out of the bag it looks small and lumpy but don’t let that fool you. This is very soft and comfy. Not one of those big bulky memory foam travel pillows. Can adjust to left or right or straight on. Alleviates tech neck too. Will use it for air and car travel. Heck I’m wearing it around the house-it supports my head and neck! Feels great! Even my pup likes it!

You know when you try out “the right one.” I previously tried one of the bulkier types, open in the front , with a fastener to make it tighter, or fit right. It felt like I had put on a neck brace. It came up over my ears, the back was too thick and pushed my head forward. It was just too tall. It didn’t cradle my head. Very uncomfortable. Then I tried this one. It felt just right. I left it on for awhile just sitting in my recliner. It actually relaxed me. I am a senior, 5’3”, female, and about 175 lbs. So if you haven’t found the right one, try’s different style. I took off one star for the pouch that it comes with as it is too soft and will probably tear before long. Stuff sack material would be so much better. But very happy with this purchase.

Needed to get something for my kiddo because he constantly falls asleep on long drives. I decided to try the BCOZZY travel pillow after seeing it get great reviews online. Here are my thoughts after using it for over a year. Pros: - Adjustable design allows you to customize the fit. The long velcro strip lets you tighten or loosen to your perfect size. - The fabric feels very soft and plush. It's comfortable against your skin. - It provides nice chin and head support. Head didn't flop forward when kiddo fell asleep. - Packs down nicely into the included bag. Compact for storing in carry-on. Cons: - Did not stand the test of time, became less supportive after several months of usage. - The neck hole is on the small side. It has to be pulled fairly tight on my neck to close with the velcro. - Can feel a bit tight/choking if cinched down too much. It's a delicate balance to find the right snugness. - The fabric, while soft, seems like it might get hot. More cooling material would have been better. Overall, I think the BCOZZY pillow is a decent option for travel but for the price and durability, I wouldn't recommend it. It's not perfect and it doesn't last. (Not that anything in life is or does, lol) The cushion isn't as sturdy after a few months of usage and after a year, it no longer supports my 6 years old neck. Will be looking for something else. Hope this review helped.

Holds my head up straight and keeps my mouth from opening when I fall asleep. The part of the pillow that is behind the neck is small enough to not push your head forward and provides just enough to support the back of the neck.

This neck pillow was perfect for me as a 5' 2" woman. Many push my neck forward but this one was perfect. I was able to adjust it depending on which side I wanted to lean my head towards. The material felt very cozy. Very happy with my purchase.

My dad recommended this pillow to me after he took one on his Europe trip. This is by far the best travel pillow that I’ve tried, and I feel like I have tried most of the available products on the market. I’ve been using a Trtl travel pillow for years, but found this Bcozzy one to be superior in terms of adjustability for various head positions and support for my neck. I have used it on my flights to Europe and Mexico this summer and love it! I bought the kids size since I’m a petite 5’1” and didn’t want it to be too tall for my neck.
