The spray nozzle will not work and when I tried to replace the item I was sent to the Carolina Herrera site. I sent an email to inform them that it is defective and I want a replacement and they emailed back saying they are not affiliated with Amazon. The item came in broken. Amazon redirected me to Carolina Herrera for resolution but they informed me Amazon is not an authorized reseller so they could not assist. At this point, I was outside the 30 day window so Amazon wouldn’t help but they never did from the beginning. Buy from the original.

I ordered this a cologne and when I opened the box, the base was broke off so I hot glued it. Than 2 days later the whole head came.unglued and I had to hot glue it. Not the top portion with the spray button broke and it's non usable. Like the cologne though.
