I rarely write reviews, but this product has earned it. I got the red IFAK (because the Ouchie Pouchie needs to be *immediately* visible) - it came with all the basics that you’ll need, two kinds of shears, and even heavy duty tweezers, and some items that would don’t need, but are just cool to have. (Lookin at you, space blanket and poncho.) I took everything out, organized all the stuff in waterproof silicone “Ziploc” bags, and I added a tourniquet. And yes, it all fits. The bag itself has stretchy straps on the inside to pull the bag closed, so it doesn’t flop everywhere or let the wind hit all the delicate boo-boo awards and take them airborne. It’s got straps running through the inside of the bag to hold the stuff in and down, but still makes everything accessible. Came with good First-Aid materials, however there aren't any pockets inside just a few elastic strips to hold everything. Unless you pack it just like the picture after you've taken them out of the bigger plastic bag(s) it's hard to organize. If you're just wanting one thing then you have to take out several things. There's plenty of room for additional items but keeping them in one spot is challenging.
