so carhartt decided to stop making these pants b159. the replacement for this model is B151. the b159 are very comfy. light wight, breathable material. i install solar and the material last through all the roofing materials i crawl on. the pants have two leg pockets with loops above them.the pockets are used daily cause i do not use a tool belt. the pants and pockets all hold up really nice with the work i do. i own a pair of b151 a side by side comparison b159 model the win. i really enjoy having the side pockets the b159 have. i am on my 6th pair of the b159 and highly recommend them. the person who decided at carhartt to stop producing the b159, should be sent home It’s July 12 2023 I purchased another pair I’m still happy with b159. I still do not understand why Carhartt decided to replace these with b151.

I have every color of the B11 and only purchased the B159 to have more color choices. I was wearing a pair of the B159 and my wife asked if my pants had shrunk in the wash. I looked down and and they were about an inch above my shoe. I then checked and my other B159 were all about the same length but about 1.5 inches shorter than my B11 of the same size. I called Carhartt and here is a copy of the transcript... 2:38 PM • Hello, so I've purchased every color of B11 you had available and what I couldn't get in a B11, I purchased in a B159.. My wife recently pointed out that my B159 are about an inch shorter in the same exact size and now it's bugging me. 2:41 PM • Can I swap them out for a 32 inseam? • I am sorry about that! Where did you purchase the B159 and how long have you had it? 2:42 PM • I purchased most all of them through Amazon at different times. That would make the inseam measurement inaccurate? • 3:04 PM • S The measurements would not be inaccurate, but with certain styles there can be a very slight difference of less than an inch and a half. Make sure you get them at Amazon and check the fit IMMEDIATELY or you too could be subject to their "tolerance". For some reason these pants attract everything like a magnet. Dog hair, dust, anything else clings and won't let go. This is odd because I bought these exact model pants several years previously and the materials feel and behave differently. I'm up to my fourth wash in hopes the static will decrease and I've only worn them twice. The size color and comfort is the same, I just cant wear them anywhere I want to be presentable and professional without multiple lint roller sessions.

Hi!! I'm Stephanie and work for Doug, a plumber. I found this style of work pants for him and ordered them many years ago and now he won't wear anything else but these!! Nothing even comes close to them. He's very hard to please and when he said that he loved these...it really made my day! :) Everything about them...he loves but the pockets are the real deal for him! He loves the way that they curve! So over the years, I've continued to purchase these pants for him along with the same style shorts with the same pockets. It really breaks my heart that the shorts are no longer available to get. He worries that he won't be able to get the pants one day as well... so please keep on selling them. If anyone knows where I can get the Carhartt Men's Canvas Utility Shorts....please let me know!! I've searched the whole internet and still have not been able to locate any of them anywhere :(!! My boss is very upset about that too! I've even called Carhartt head quarters trying to see if they would just make him several years supplies for him but they could not do it! :( I pray that these pants will stay in stock and not be unavailable because my boss will not be a happy man and neither will I because I will have to listen to him complaining everyday about his work pants like he is already complaining about not being able to get the shorts anymore because they are not making them anymore!
