LOVE these Uggs! Had to size down though. I normally wear a true US Women's size 7 in Uggs and other brands and ordered a 7 in these, but had to exchange for a size 6. Perfect fit overall for me with or without socks, but more comfy with. There is a little foot wiggling and pulling on the back tab required at first to get my foot in the opening but once inside they fit like a glove. Love the extra boost in height with the higher platform. The sand color is a gorgeous neutral. I plan to use a protectant waterproof spray to hopefully keep them beautiful for a long time. A little pricey but worth it. I have wasted money on cheaper knock off brands in this same platform style in the past but they did not feel nearly as stable or supportive and I felt like an ankle sprain was ineveitable. Just get these!!

These boots were a present for my 11 year old granddaughter whi meadures sz 7 but needs sz 8 in boots. Tge color was a beautiful soft beige. We chose not to treat the suede with any product after learning from UGG boots we bought her sister that any suede treatment could leave the boots ruined with dark dots and uneven coloration. UGG suede boots are a goodvalue for the money but we highly recommend contacting UGG directly by phone tothe Customer Service number before treating or cleaning UGG boots. They are fashionable, fits as expected as long as you size up a half to whole size, and do not need arch support. Tge boots are slip resistant and a very high quality product. These boots are not waterproof and nust be naturally air dried if they become wet. Suede products naturally are not as durable as leather products from UGG.

I agree with other reviewers that the heel slips off. I think the sizing is a half size too large. Unfortunately, they don't come in half sizes, and I am a true size 7. Amazon was out of a size 6, so I ordered a size 6 on the Ugg website to compare the fit. Size 6 had a weird fit, too, in that I had a really hard time getting my feet in with socks on! Once my feet are in, it's a much better fit, and surprisingly comfortable to walk in all day. I had to decide to keep one or the other or return both. I returned the size 7. I figured it would be easier to slide my feet in over time. Still a little difficult to put on after several wears inside the house, but I love them too much to return. I've worn them to work 2 times, and they were comfortable all day. Weird that it's easy to take them off, but not putting them on.
