I love UGGs, I have honestly have about 10 pair. I live in an area where I walk onto my farm jump in the car to go to the grocery store or just take the kids to school. This particular style is great for wearing longer sweatpants that you may or may not want to have shortened they make you look tall and just add a little bit of sophistication to this cute little booty. These boots were a present for my 11 year old granddaughter whi meadures sz 7 but needs sz 8 in boots. Tge color was a beautiful soft beige. We chose not to treat the suede with any product after learning from UGG boots we bought her sister that any suede treatment could leave the boots ruined with dark dots and uneven coloration. UGG suede boots are a goodvalue for the money but we highly recommend contacting UGG directly by phone tothe Customer Service number before treating or cleaning UGG boots. They are fashionable, fits as expected as long as you size up a half to whole size, and do not need arch support. Tge boots are slip resistant and a very high quality product. These boots are not waterproof and nust be naturally air dried if they become wet. Suede products naturally are not as durable as leather products from UGG. ... show more

    • Platform Sole is Flat and Rigid

These are hard to get on. I recommend using a shoe horn. Maybe over time it gets easier, but so far, I can't get them on without a significant struggle or the help of a shoe horn. The size is right, I'm a size 9. It's the opening in the boot that is not very forgiving. I have skinny feet. I can't imagine someone with a wider foot trying to squeeze into these. It's not the width of the foot causing a problem for me, it's the length of my foot. It simply doesn't slide on or bend where necessary. They are warm and cozy but be aware that if you need arch support, these are completely flat inside, there is no built-in support at all. The platform sole does not bend so it takes some getting used to if you've never worn a rigid, inflexible sole before. All in all, I like them and love the cozy look of them for cold winter days. I have a pair of tall, flat UGGs that I've owned for 20+ years. They are indestructible and very warm. I'm drawn to the quality of the brand as well as this sand color.
