Hands stay warm, dry, and comfortable with waterproof, breathable Storm Defender technology and ultrasoft insulation. Sweat-wicking FastDry technology helps keep hands from feeling sweaty. Durable, all-purpose polytex shells are trimmed with leather and have grippy palms and goatskin finger areas and thumbs. These gloves are great for winter field work, chopping and hauling wood, and working in unheated warehouses. Gauntlet cuffs with barrel lock pull cords allow for the perfect fit. A clip off the wrist conveniently keeps gloves together for times you are not wearing them. Excellent pair of winter gloves. Carhartt always makes a great product including these. I bought a large, the fit is true to size. They are super warm, and waterproof. The gloves are soft, and the thickness is perfect. I like the grip as I'm able to pick things up with my fingers with out struggling or having to take a gloves off. I especially like the cuff that goes underneath your outer layer, preventing snow or anything getting in. The velcro strap and the draw strap are a great bonus. These Carhartt gloves turned out even better than I expected. I use them for outdoor work in cold and windy weather, and they keep my hands warm the whole time. The insulation is great without feeling bulky, and I can still move my fingers comfortably. The waterproof layer actually works — I’ve used them in snow, rain, and while working around wet surfaces, and my hands stayed completely dry. The windproof feature also makes a big difference on really cold days. The strap on the wrist helps get a snug fit, and the gloves feel strong and durable, like they can handle a lot of use.
