The heavyweight champion of sweatshirts is made of 13-ounce, 80% cotton/20% polyester fabric and has a Rain Defender durable water-repellent finish. The zip-mock collar has an 8-inch antique-finish brass zipper. It is designed with spandex-reinforced rib-knit cuffs and waistband to keep the cold out. There's an attached three-piece jersey-lined hood with draw cord and front hand-warmer pockets. The Carhartt logo is embroidered on the front left pocket. Fair price compared to some of things I’ve tried. Why it’s the best for me… The fabric is heavy and soft inside. The cut is perfectly detailed. I love how it hangs on shoulders and is loose enough across the chest. It’s fitted without being tight. The phone pocket inside the big pocket is a nice detail, not sure I’ll actually use it, but it does fit my phone. I also LOVE the 1/4 zip. Great addition to the classic design. Means I can stop drafts getting down my neck and also pull the hoodie off without taking off my glasses. In terms of fit, IMHO size-down. I am 6’ 1” and 240lb, with a long torso. I’m ALWAYS an XL. This is a really well made, heavy duty Hoodie. It is designed to be worn OVER cold weather clothing, but light enough to not be suffocating. I wear Hoodies every day in Fall to Spring and beyond sometimes and this may be the best Hoodie I have ever had. WELL worth the cost!

Great sweat shirt. Sizes come a little large, able to layer under. Has a short collar which keeps rain/ drizzle from going down the back of your neck.Well worth the money paid. Have two of them buying a third.
