  • These seem to be true to size in the waist, contrary to what others have been saying
Size: 33W x 30L Color: Black
Don't listen to the naysayers, these run true to size. Not unlike the B11 models, of which I own a pair in moss, these actually run true to size. And I suspect that's the case with most of their outsourced pants. I own a pair of the b01s for reference, the USA made "firm" variant of the double knees, and while they're great, they actually run small in the waist. Because of this unique trait, you actually have to buy them in your natural waist size, for me this was 2 sizes up from my regular pant size (32 waist --> 34 waist). However, with this model, I ordered them in black in a 33 just to be safe, and to my surprise, they actually fit looser than the b01s I ordered in a size 34. So, based on my experience, you should order these in your regular pant size, if I had ordered these in a size 32 waist like I do with blue jeans, they would have been perfect, just as my b11 dungaree pants fit (those are a size 32 as well). I have a sneaking suspicion that the foreign manufacturers do a better job at matching vanity sizing than the U.S. sizing does. KEEP THIS IN MIND: if you are a thinner guy (I'm 5'11" 150 lbs) and you're thinking about sizing up from your blue jean size because you've heard about these running small in the waist like the b01s, don't do it. These mirror traditional vanity sizing. The mexican made ones tend to be very true to size (which is good!). Quality is outstanding, they drape a bit better and they're not as boxy, these are gonna do well for general yard work that doesn't require heavier than hell, tough as nails work pants like the b01s. They're super loose in both the legs and the waist (partially my fault) but they're also a loose fit cut, so keep that in mind.. I'm gonna intentionally shrink them in the wash to get them to fit better in the waist and seat, but right now, with a belt they fit fine, just a bit loose, haven't noticed any difference in length between these and my other pairs of carhartt pants either, maybe go a size down in length if you don't want them to flare out over top of your shoes or your boots. Go true to size in the waist, you won't regret it. ... show more

  • A great work pants
Size: 36W x 30L Color: Black
I’ve been wearing this pant to work for a couple of days and I can say they are great. The pockets are deep so I don’t have to worry about things falling out of them and of course the pant are thick and durable. Overall a great pair of pants.

  • Waist Size Varies
Size: 42W x 32L Color: Carhartt Brown
I gave a 4* because the pants lack consistency in waist size. I order 42W x 32H, which is what I received, but 2 of the 3 pairs are at least 43W x32H with how much extra room I have. I have noticed that the ones that fit perfectly for me, are Made in the USA with parts made outside the states. The ones that don't fit, are made in Mexico. This is the 2nd time I've had this issue, so it isn't a coincidence. I'm 6'5", 330lbs, I'm not a small individual and my pant size hasn't changed much in the last 10 to 15 years. I've bought plenty of Carhartts because they fit well, they hold up to abuse, the weight is acceptable, and they are comfortable to wear when sitting for long periods. ... show more

  • Great Quality
Size: 40W x 32L Color: Dark Brown
I've had these pants for about two years now, and as an electrician working in a school, I do a lot of crawling in crawlspaces and climbing into attics. These pants are incredibly durable. I recently noticed a bit of fading in the color after a few washes, especially around the knees, but they still feel great. I really like the double-knee design with rivets, and the Carhartt kneepads I added fit perfectly and are super comfortable. One thing I wish these pants had is deeper pockets, as my phone sometimes falls out when I'm crawling. Overall, they last really well, with just a little fading on the knees. ... show more

  • READ BEFORE BUYING, NOT TRUE TO SIZE.
Size: 36W x 30L Color: Carhartt Brown
***Sorry in advance, Amazon jumbled up my photos for whatever reason 😂*** For reference, my husband wears Carhartt pants religiously so we are quite familiar with them. He is 5'8 and weighs roughly 175-180. He usually wears a waist size of 34 but if a 35 is offered, he'd rather get them and wear a belt if needed. He always goes for the size 30 length (unless 29 is available which is rarely is with Carhartt). We always buy his Carhartt pants at our local North 40 Outfitters (country store/ farm supply if you're not familiar) and we're always very impressed by the quality. We know some are quite rigid when new but he's familiar with each fit in the Carhartt line between double duck to a relaxed fit, they have never proved us wrong. Because of this, I figured I'd save myself a trip and purchase them on Amazon to be delivered to my door. To our surprise, both pairs were MUCH too large for him. This led me to raise my eyebrow because as previously mentioned, we know his size and we know Carhartt pants. So, I grabbed my sewing measuring tape to see if we received a wrongly labeled size and to my surprise, both pairs were extremely off from what they were labeled as! I posted measurements and numerous photos to reference. Overall, the pants are still a wonderful Carhartt quality at your standard value but the sizing was completely off and incredibly long on my husband and even too large for his hips. Unfortunately I think this is one of the items that you might be better off trying on in stores versus buying online but even through this strange experience, we still recommend Carhartt as a brand because of their amazing quality, wonderful selection of colors, sizes, different fits/styles and because they make exceptional work pants & shirts etc. Just don't be surprised if your sizing is a little wonky! :) ... show more
