I like this bag a lot. I hate having tons of compartments and zippers (I can never remember which section I put things in and it's annoying to search for stuff). This has a couple of smaller pockets inside for chapsticks or small items - and you can see them easily. The main compartment fits my A6 cash binder, a small zipper pouch, and a regular size bottle of Tylenol. I can easily slip my cell into one of the small pockets next to the main compartment. Nothing will get lost in here - you can see everything. I love the wider strap. There are no outside pockets which is a little annoying - I would put my phone there. I don't like flipping it open to get my phone out. If you tip this upside down, loose items like change and chapsticks will fall out. Just be mindful of that. Exactly as you expect! Sturdy, soft lining inside, Carhart quality all around. The size is also perfect to hold my oversized wallet/clutch, phone, several lipglosses and balms, other misc like gum, hand sanitizer, every girls favorite trusty wife-knike, keys, and it even fits my 30oz emotional support water bottle with some room left over for snacks or gummies or whatever you might need to bring along on your adventure. Or your kids adventure I guess. *sigh* Only way to improve this baby is to change out the snaps for magnets so you don't have to bother with fumbling with snapping it and can still have some security instead of having it just flapping behind you like a pickpockets flag. ... show more

I love this bag more than I thought and it has now become my every day bag for work. It can fit my Surface Go tablet (the size of an iPad), sunglasses, keys, wallet and phone and other knick-knacks, including + a Kindle when I went on a trip. What I like is that it is not super big or super heavy. I did buy it for travel, and while it was perfect for in-U.S. 5 day trip to the other coast, it is probably too small for me for international travel as I like to be able to pack a bit more including light sweater or scarf, water bottle, etc. which this is not big enough for. I had previously purchased a good sized belt bag/fanny pack/cross body from Herschel that is nice, but I like this much much better in how comfortable it is and how much it fits. ... show more
