These were my first pair of shorts ordering online. I followed the recommended size and they got perfectly. I went to order the same size and same style, but when they arrived they were too long almost like pants. I was refunded full amount and no hassle. Even though the second pair wasn't correct I give this company 5 stars for customer service as well as a product that is great.
