These sunglasses really surprised me given my experience with other products on Amazon because they are not cheap knockoffs and appear to be priced right for good quality. This is the value proposition expected of products on Amazon. I think these sunglasses show that there is a huge markup in name brand expensive sunglasses that don't appear to justify the cost of design, materials, and manufacturing. I don't know the difference in clarity between these and name brand sunglasses, but I'm not sure $100+ more is worth the small bits of possible additional clarity. The frames are metal, the nose pads are welded to the frames with sturdy metal, the nose pads themselves are quality. These sunglasses did not smell toxic like other sunglasses I have bought have smelled. Although this is an initial review, I can't say enough good things about the build quality on these. The polarization works. The UV400 appears to work because they appear to fully or significantly block light from a UV flashlight, but I don't know how accurate that test is. They look good, they feel good. The case reminds me of the nice old cases quality sunglasses used to come in. Although it came with a perfectly good cleaning cloth, I will continue to use bigger microfiber towels. It is too soon to tell on the durability, but I hope they last for years to come. (Edit: I will say there is unfortunately one flaw, the bridge sits a bit high and is a bit too narrow; the nose pads can’t fix that. For that reason, I had to give it 4 stars) ... show more

For most of my life I’ve been a sunglasses snob. I have own Ray-Ban‘s, Oakley‘s, and Costas. The last pair of Oakleys cost me over $200 for the polarized lenses. I dropped them ONCE and the lens instantly had a huge gouge that was in the center of my vision. I vowed that I was never buying an expensive pair of sunglasses again and found these. These glasses have traveled internationally, been worn on a sandy beach numerous times and been the victim of more falls than I can count. And the lenses look the same as the day I got them!!! I’m convinced that these glasses are the same quality as the big 3 but a FRACTION of the price. I’ve had these for over a year before writing this review and would highly recommend. They’re very light and comfortable, the optics are good and the polarization has worked just as well as any of my other polarized lenses. Dont look any further, BUY THESE RIGHT NOW!!! ... show more

These sunglasses are super sleek and are really good to reduce the sun and glare! They feel premium and are pretty durable but just a note that they are super hard to clean! Little particles stay on there forever it feels like and the cleaning cloth hasn't done much to help that. Other than that, these sunglasses are super nice and I wear them all the time ... show more
