  • This Menstrual Disc is a Game-Changer!
Color: Regular Blue & Small Coral Size: 1 Count (Pack of 2)
I've been wanting to try a menstrual disc for years, and I finally took the plunge. I'm so glad I did! From the moment I first used it, I was completely blown away. Insertion was surprisingly simple. I was a bit nervous since it was my first time, but it was so easy I just thought, "Is that it?" The disc tucked into place effortlessly, and once it was in, I couldn't feel it at all. But the real test was how it would handle my heavy flow. I was absolutely amazed by its capacity! It held a huge amount of blood and I was able to go for hours without any worry about leaks. This disc gives me so much peace of mind on my heaviest days. This is truly an incredible product, and I will never go back to anything else. If you've been considering trying a menstrual disc, I highly recommend you just go for it! It's simple, comfortable, and a total game-changer, especially for heavy flows. ... show more

  • If you’re scared to try it, don’t be.
Color: Sunset Coral Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
I’ve been a tampon user since I got my first period at age 11, as I got older I got diagnosed with pcos which means inconsistent periods and sometimes they’re light and last 3 days and sometimes it’s like the scene in the 80s horror film “Carrie”, and with them being at random it’s difficult for me to remember to keep a tampon supply especially since I have to get the variety pack with various absorbency. I’m 32 now and finally had the courage to try out this disc. I read about cups verses discs and the cups relying on suction and also hanging out in the canal made me uneasy so I went with a disc. I have a narrow set pelvis and a low cervix so I opted for the small one (the pink/coral color is the small) and it is a GAME CHANGER. It’s definitely weird to put in and take out, because it’s something new for me, but it’s easy to install and remove and stays in place, no leaking, no spilling, and honestly there’s no blood smell like you still get with tampons on occasion. If you’re reading reviews and googling and using ChatGPT to get a real opinion, look no further. I’ve noticed if for some reason I’m having a hard time gripping it to get out i just do a little kegal and grab and pull it out at the same time and TA DA it’s out. I’m less aware of this disc than I ever have been with tampons. Worth the money, worth the uncomfortable feelings of trying something new. 10/10. ... show more

  • Great product! Highly recommend!
Color: Coastal Blue Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
This is the best menstrual cup I’ve tried! It’s super convenient and comfortable. I ordered it so I can cut my carbon footprint and help the environment. I also ordered this cup because I am on the go a lot and don’t want to be bothered with potential leaks or mess. Well, this is the second day of my period and tends to be the heaviest day. I have not seen a spot anywhere after having it in for about 3 hours! I sanitized as directed, using the Saalt Menstrual Cup cleaner (pictured in the box on the right) and then I wiped it dry with a pH-balanced feminine wipe. Insertion was a bit to get used to but once it’s in, it’s not going anywhere. This is the first time I felt secure and dry on my second period day! Less stress means getting more done. I have not felt any cramps or discomfort. It doesn’t feel like anything is there! I also love SAALT’s humanitarian efforts to provide feminine care to girls in need. Purchase it. And for this to last 10 years, it’s a great investment! ... show more

  • It's still a scene
Color: Coastal Blue Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
It's a scene... we know this, we deal with this privately all the time. This offers same scene but more cost effective and economical, ok maybe a more dramatic scene. I got the regular size but I'm tilted so its difficult to get out sometimes, kinda have to assault myself to get it out. Not always but 1/4 of the time, definitely only taking out at home. It does take some getting used to, its better than the cup, I can't really feel it throughout the day. Its liberating not to wear tons n pads, I still have ptsd from leaks so I constantly check... but no leaks so far :) ... show more

  • GREAT if you have a hypertonic pelvic floor/pelvic floor hypertonicity
Color: Sunset Coral Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
The Saalt disc has been an absolute game changer for me. I have a hypertonic pelvic floor (increased muscle tone of the pelvic floor muscles). I’ve done physical therapy for it several times but it is just a chronic issue for me. Because of the increased muscle tone, I’m unable to use tampons because they cause a lot of pain. I also get chronic BV (bacterial vaginosis) and tampons are a huge culprit for me. I HATE wearing pads, so period underwear was my solution for a long time. They’re a great option and I still use them off and on. I just personally wanted to try to find something that could contain the blood IN my body, like a tampon. I heard about menstrual cups and discs and wanted to give them a shot. Cup vs Disc I tried the cup first as it seemed the easiest to use. For me personally, it didn’t matter the size (S,M,L) of the cup, it was just too big. I could constantly feel it, and because of my HPF it caused pain. I researched and most women say they can’t feel it at all, and that the little “tail” that hangs out like a tampon string should not be felt. Because of my increased muscle tone, things are a bit…tight…down there, and I could feel the tail of cup. Next I tried the disc. I was pretty intimidated since there isn’t any kind of tail to gel pull out the disc once it is inserted. I didn’t understand how I’d be able to find it! Being honest, the first couple times you just have to get REAL personal with yourself. The Saalt disc came with instructions and there were some instructional videos that I found in their website as well, and I just tried to mess around with it and see what works best. For me, inserting it while sitting on the toilet works best. I just fold it in half and make sure the finger notch is at the front, and Insert it until I can feel it behind my pubic bone. If it’s where it’s supposed to be I don’t feel it at all! When it’s time to remove it I just slide my finger up to where I can find the notch, bear down like I’m trying to poop, and that causes the muscles to push it forward to where I can hook my finger in the notch and remove it. It’s honestly really easy once you get used to it. Since using the Saalt Disc I have so much more confidence around my time of the month. I use the pink disc, which is the small one, because I have not had children. It seems to be the perfect fit for me. I’ve never had any leaks. I have even put it to the test and used it while having sex, and STILL no leaks! Certain positions were uncomfortable with it in, but effective communication with my partner made it to where we could both enjoy the process. The disc is easy to clean, compact, and I’ve been using the same one for over a year now. I’m about to replace it just because I feel like it’s time. I’ve been using the Saalt disc/cup wash that you can purchase, and I’ve had very good luck with it. Since I’m replacing my old disc though, I’m going to try out the Saalt cup steam sterilizer and see how I like it! Long story short, if you have any of the same health issues that I do, OR if you want to try it for mess free period sex, I highly recommend the Saalt Disc. It’s been a game changer in my life and in my relationship. ... show more
