It’s overall okay. I would not recommend this particular type of glass to anyone with a white iPhone 7/8 because the glass causes the white areas around the screen to get a yellow tint. The screen protector I replaced with this one had a white border so it was not visible. I would think if you had a black border you would be okay. Next, there’s really just waaaay too much unprotected screen. There’s a gap between the case and the screen protector that I wouldn’t mind but this one was just barely wide enough to even cover the whole “screen” area. It was packaged nicely and easy to install. I’m just afraid of cracking the areas on the screen that are actually exposed due to the size of the glass protector. ... show more

    • Not the Best Product

I like to make sure that my iPhone XR is protected as best as I can. So even one little chip on my screen protector I am changing it out to keep the integrity of it. That being said I ordered 3 of these screen protectors. My mistake. Before I even received the product I was being hounded to leave my feedback on it. Instillation was pretty decent, no problems there. The screen protector doesn't quite fit the whole screen & too much is not covered for my liking. I am now on screen protector #2 because the 1st one cracked right about the ear hole. Glass in the ear = bad! So I just put the 2nd one on and guess what? There are 2 small divots at the very edge of the screen protector!! I'm guessing that this is not going to be good for the integrity of the screen protector. I guess #3 is going in the trash and I will be ordering more from another vendor! Do yourself a favor and DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! It seems to be cheap & not worth it. Waste of time... The screen protector is NOT compatible with an Iphone...UNLESS you don't use your camera. I even tried taking a picture with the protector on, and the resulting image was a gray blob, in other words, you can NOT take a picture with this protector on. (And you can't cut a hole in the protector because it would shatter the protector...which shattered when I simply tried to remove it!) The fact that the protector doesn't allow the camera to be used should be included in the product description...RIGHT?? Frankly I'm suspicious that this item doesn't have a lower rater because of this fact. ... show more

The screen protector is so thin, it's as if there's nothing there. But if one doesn't have a phone case, then near the edges of the phone, the ridge of the screen protector will always be felt. Should always have a phone case anyways. Screen blue light filter works great; you can see it working when you're out in sunlight, and your phone screen is suddenly blue. Blue light is scientifically proven to cause eye strain, and this screen protector is guarenteed to keep 90 percent of it from your eyes. The other colors of the spectrum are not good for eye health either, but there's no screen filter out there that filters all light at a 90 percent rate....for now. ... show more

It was a few days between getting my new iPhone 12 mini and getting the screen protector. It got SO finger oil slimy. The screen MUCH better with the protector! It was super easy to put on. When the TINY hole didn't line up at the top, it easily came up & reapplied beautifully. I've put on LOTS of screen protectors-this was the most user friendly! I have glaucoma and can tell a difference with the blue light protection-the screen light doesn't irritate my eyes. ... show more

Don’t buy. First, installation instructions are really odd. As an engineer, they totally confused me. Second, I tried two different websites to test the blue filter and I saw no difference whatsoever. Only thing is, it does give a slight tint to the screen. Almost like very light colored sunglasses. I will give Carebol kudos on their packaging. The plastic case was a nice touch, so I had some hope that it would be a good product. though it doesn't say "anti-blue light" on the packaging as others have mentioned, I can tell that it DOES filter blue light. also, the smoothness of the screen protector is actually better than my 3rd party screen replacement. the smoothness reminds me of the OEM screen.

Besides its main functionality (to cut down the blue light), the other amazing aspect of this product is - it's installation!! It uses a kind of adhesive/fluid that sort of automatically sticks itself to the screen in the smoothest possible manner, so that WE don't have to deal with clearing off air bubbles during installation! The required tools to clean the screen prior to installation (wet & dry wipes) are included as well. Also, a firm card edged with a soft fabric is provided as well to seal the installation finally, and/or to remove bubbles just in case.
