Came just as described just like the original works great on my 97 Bayou 220. No Bogging no really big adjustments needed just tune the idel screw and you should be good choke works. This carb doesn't have the orings that seal the air adjustment or fuel adjustment screws. It leaks enough air that it makes a terrible idle. I used Teflon tape for a temporary fix while I find the correct carb parts.

No adjustment needed, the kit was the way to go ,I added the in line fuel filter and have a spare, I realy like the new modification up grade of the choke needle valve instead of a rubber plunger type this sleeve with needle vlave works great! I plan on getting a stand bye at this price just incase... ... show more

I am very impressed with this carburetor replacement for my Kawasaki Bayou! It fit perfectly on my 2003 KLF250A, and installation was straightforward. Needs lots of adjustments. I can’t get mine to idle correctly. The air filter does not fit.
