Old carb was leaking out of the bottom. Stuck float valve I figured. Was going to rebuild it but decided on a new one instead. For 40 bucks why not? Getting to it was a pain but everything went together perfectly. Cranked right up. Idle was just right. Didn’t have to adjust anything. Would definitely recommend or buy again… so far… we will see how it lasts. No complaints here.

I bought another carbonator on Amazon that was a few dollars more than the Pucky. It wouldn't hold gas. Had bad seat that leaked all over the garage and sucked gas back up the vacuum line. Had to change the oil and clean the gas up, this allowed my blood pressure to lower and the Pucky to arrive the next day. This carb (Pucky) Had better fit and hardware. I thought they (china sellers) were just reselling the same carbs. They are not. This one had better spring action throttle, lock screws on cover, and cleaner threads. I know it can be hit or miss on sensitive items like a carburetor or rectifier, but this one seems to be a good! I didn't notice a date or manufactures mark to refer to. This was ordered and installed at the first of march 2023. I adjusted nothing at installation. Pulled it from the box and went straight on. Runs a bit rich but fired right off and holds throttle very well. Located at the bottom of the carb is the fuel/air mix screw. So hard to get to and requires an flexible off set screw driver. I got one at harbor freight(Pittsburg green) for 10 bucks. Good luck and safe trails!

Direct fit for my polaris and worked well the first week then just empties gas straight out of the fuel bowl. Only recently was able to install Only to find out it's no good and no longer returnable.

It's it's the exact replica of the original only thing I did just the Jets and the float was sticking gas was coming out of the exhaust port but works great on my 2003 Polaris 500 HO

Put this part on my polaris scrambler and this leaks fuel from a screw at the bottom of the carb. I would not purchase again. Wasted money and time on this product!
