  • Don't sleep on these paddles. They are rad.
Color: Light Blue
I want to start off by saying that I have an older version of this paddle and really liked it. Bought it and a Joola at the same time and while the Joola is nice, just the feel of how the ball comes off it and the grip made me stick with the other Warping Point. Fast Forward to when this was announced, I picked it up and it's my new favorite paddle. Feels about the same weight (I'm not sensitive enough to tell fractions of ounces) but is an improvement overall on the paddle. The surface has a bit more friction to it (I know that's probably not the right term) and I've managed to absolutely get balls to go up and what looks like out and curve themselves back in. Not my aim as I want the ball in, but you take what you can get. What I like the most though is the improvement to the handle itself. Both the old and new are hexagons, but the old is elongated on top and bottom and the new is equalized like a stop sign and feels just a smidgeon smaller. That could be because of the change in shape or that it's a little smaller. Either way, I let someone use this paddle since they were trying to figure out what they liked and they bought one. I don't know anything about power/performance when it comes to Pickleball. I know that I like how this one operates and am not smart enough to know that paying 300 bucks for a super high end paddle is going to make a difference in my abilities. For me, I would recommend this paddle to anyone because I feel it's a solid paddle that doesn't wreck your wallet. I'd also recommend their trainer paddle. It's a great way to hone in your hand eye coordination. I also want to bring up something that I don't think many think of ahead of time. Their customer service is wonderful. I had some questions about the paddles and they've been very good at answering questions and taking in feedback. They just seem like they care about their product and the people using their products. ... show more

  • High speed, superb control
Color: Red - Power - 20mm
Frankly, I was surprised by the performance of this paddle. It is lighter and, with the aero throat, does seem to give me much better speed to react to the ball, especially on rapid back-and-forth volleys over the net. But that light weight doesn't sacrifice power at all ... I can drive the ball as well as I do with my 8.4 oz paddle ... and I am really pleased with the aggressive spin I get with this really nice gritty surface. It's rewarding to see the result of my cut shots, and so often the other team just looks stunned when they can't play the bounce because the ball takes almost a 90 degree leap away from them. Very nice paddle for the money and I'm very interested to see how this holds up over time. So far so good! ... show more

  • Fantastic paddle
Color: Red - Power - 20mm
I can hear and feel the pop from this paddle. I got the 20mm version. It took me a few games to get used to it, but it has great power and control. I bought the green control version afterward to try to dial in my aim even more; not sure which I like better... they're both great. The aero throat is a nice feature. These come with a nice zipper case, extra handle wrap and a blemish erasor and well packaged. Two thumbs up. ... show more

  • 20mm vs 16mm
Color: Red - Power - 20mm
The media could not be loaded. Both weigh the exact same (see pictures). Both have the same bounce (see video). I don’t see the point in the 20mm paddle if it’s the same as the 16mm

  • It takes a bit time to get used to but it's a keeper
Color: Red - Power - 20mm
I have played this Warping Point 20mm paddle for about 6 weeks extensively at indoor courts and disliked it initially. The specs say 8 oz with power/control/spin at 8/8/8. I thought that's perfect balance but when I actually play it, it feels a bit hollow and light. I can't seem to smash ball harder with it like I do with my other 8.6 oz paddle. The width 7.4", large sweet spot and gritty surface do allow great control and spin, though. I have played a friend's same brand 16mm (also at 8 oz) for a few games and that seems to give a quicker and more solid smash based on the sound of the ball impact. After a few weeks I started to like it very much because I found that I can do better ball placements and more precise drop shots. And it gives some advantages to the volley war behind the kitchen because the 20mm thickness seem to absorb speedy balls well and does not bounce off to random directions. I am happy with the purchase and results so far. Perhaps you don't need to go buy those $200+ paddles :) ... show more

  • Lightweight, Grippy - Great
Color: Red - Power - 20mm
First season playing Pickelball, this is my 3rd paddle and Holy Cow, its an enormous step up in ability. The selling feature for me was the edgeless design, however the texture of the carbon fiber face and the Aero hole for air to go through makes for a very light weight and whip-able paddle. It's also very thick, but I'm getting used to it, so the feel of "solidly" hitting the ball isn't as clear as my earlier thinner paddles exemplified. ... show more

  • Not good at all
Color: Red - Power - 20mm
I bought this paddle for my husband's Xmas present. He just play 3-4 times and it was cracked like these. He told me the power of the paddle was very good but the quality was so bad. He bought the other brands and its still good for 3 months so far.
