I could have gone with the xs for a more fitted look but personally like looser fitting scrubs on top for easier movement. The fabric feels pretty nice, smooth and soft, very light weight. The quality is good, however I am 5ft 155 lbs and this fits more like a dress than a top. It was fitted throughout but was so ridiculously long. This is why I have never loved them because they cater to tall people.
