May be a little difficult to determine how to use in an emergency situation as the endcaps need to be pulled off rather than twisted off. I had to look carefully at each end to determine the window breaker and how to use it.

I like it. I tried it out on windshield glass and it shattered it too pieces. I bought 8 of them one set for all the families vehicles and one for my granddaughter to carry in her purse. Makes me feel better knowing at least they would have a fighting chance to save their selves

I was a little unsure of the way the breaker operates. Packaged with the device is a tray with a 3 inch diameter glass sample. You can use that to test how to use it BEFORE an emergency situation. Advice: take the tray with the glass outside, put it into a disposable (grocery) bag, and protect your hand from any tiny shards that fly up by grabbing the device through another plastic bag. Push firmly. The pin impacts the glass and immediately retracts. I didn't grab it through a 2nd bag and later felt a tiny shard on my hand.

I pray I never need it! I gave one to my granddaughter, and I have one. My only complaint is, it will not stay "stuck" to any part of my interior. The adhesive is just not good

This may or may not be a useful device but NO DIRECTIONS on how to use it are included. Seriously??? For a SAFETY device to arrive with no instructions on how to use it is useless.

I was a bit skeptical about the function because the size is really small. Thankfully they included small size of glass to test so I immediately tested it out. It does its job! Also the glass breaks from the small amount of strength. I usually choose everything in white or black color, but wanted to get this in red to make this visible in case of emergency. Glad to find this product and would recommend this product to friends.
