I really need these, I drive different vehicles for my job; at 5'3" I find that many manufacturers' adjusters do not slide down far enough to provide proper shoulder harness fit. The first one of these that I bought, I fought. Improvised my own install method, and it was a pain to remove or readjust, and it slipped steadily. Bought a second one, and this time I followed the install instruction booklet--which wasn't hard at all, but the correct orientation is key to comfortable fit and ease of install! Now both clips are my lifeline to proper seatbelt fit and I'm happy and feel secure every time I drive!

It works well but a little hard for an old lady to get belt onto (tong) or clip. Once on not a lot of slide for any adjustment. Belt gets tight have to undo and reattach.

These are sturdy. But it’s very difficult to put on the seatbelt. And once you unbuckle the seatbelt, it comes back off. We’ve decided not to use them because it’s too much work each time.

I have an old ranger and the seatbelt fits weird since you can't adjust like on a newer car. This allowed it to shift the strap on my shoulder so it fits like it should without adding anything bulky to the belt. Only downside is the retraction will pull the lap belt part up too high if you don't have the belt adjusted correctly and it is a pain if you switch drivers/riders a lot since it doesn't adjust quickly but if you don't play musical chairs it's great.

I followed the installation instructions and it worked great the first time I used it. However, it only works for one trip. I've had to reposition and re-attach it every time I've tried to use it since.

Although it doesn't work well for me as the driver I always try to find alternate uses for things. This works for holding the passenger seatbelt together when I have my dog seat belted in so I'll use it for that. It is not easy to install and the trouble I had was once I did get it all lined up I could not loosen or tighten the seatbelt. Then, when I got out of the car I had to take it all apart and back together when I got back in. I don't have to do that with the dog, I just unhook his harness to take him out.
