I was really impressed with this kit, particularly the value for everything that it comes with. It’s really comprehensive in terms of getting you prepared for any kind of road emergency. The bag it comes in is well organized and durable, good quality. It has so much! Road triangle, jumper cables, gloves, emergency gear, you name it. They really thought of everything. What’s nice about the jumper cables is they’re compact enough to fit in the bag with everything so you don’t have to keep a bit set separately in your car. I would totally get this for a new driver so they were well equipped or just as a complete kit for any car. 5 stars for this comprehensive kit.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Overall an excellent emergency/repair kit for your car or truck. If you travel a lot or are concerned about your kids/spouse's this is a 'must have' in their cars/trucks. The jumper cables are stout, the first aid kit is basic - but good, the tools are decent, fuses a huge plus and the carrying case is excellent - those parts alone justify the price and rating. But this kit has a lot more things that will help with an incident, car trouble, bad weather, fuzes, tire, etc. The only thing that's odd (and I'd say downright silly) is the little plastic bag with some fishing line & hooks. Everything else is well thought out and packaged well. Warning triangle, poncho, safety vest and all the rest good stuff and aside from an air compressor (or a can of stop leak) you should be able to handle most issues with this kit. Frankly I didn't expect it to be this nice or the jumper cables as good. Also includes instructions on how to use some of the items, an excellent touch. Perfect for a road trip, great to have in the trunk at all times. Add a reasonable little compressor and you're really set. A great kit and if you or someone in your family has a car that may not be in great shape, this is cheap roadside help if you're at all comfortable around cars. Again, very pleased at the quality and variety of items in this kit. A safety must.

As the title says, always keep a fresh emergency kit. Bandages can go bad after an amount of time, so it is always nice to refresh the kit. The thin "raincoat" and reflective vest are very cheaply made. Coming from an essential worker who clears roads during storms/hurricanes in Florida, these are more cheap than even what the county provides. I wouldn't trust the vest at being that visible during the night. The cheap poncho is probably enough as a one-time use. As far as the tools, I generally keep a more variety in my vehicle that more accurately meet my vehicle needs (not everything is a one-size fits all). Mostly, besides the bandages, the safety triangles, jumper cables, tow straps, spare fuses, tire patch kit, and shovel (you never know when you have to dig yourself out of a situation) are key out of this kit. I can understand a cheap raincoat... but the vest should have been of higher quality for better visibility. Overall, I'd give this kit a 3 star. Would have been better rated if I wasn't concerned about the safety issue with the vest. You definitely don't want to get hit by other drivers because the vest poorly reflects at a safe distance.

Up front I have not found it necessary to use this kit yet; however, you cannot go wrong with its purchase. It’s a fantastic size, not taking up a lot of room, but comes with so many items I would not have thought I needed if a breakdown occurs but definitely glad I will have. Great value and appears very durable.

This kit is extensive! It has everything you might need for a simple car issue up to a major emergency. The only thing not included are flares, but I'm pretty sure there are legal reasons for that. It does have a large emergency triangle to put out so it doesn't leave you with nothing. I opted for the kit with the tools since I already had an air compressor. The tool kit is great, you could have it do double duty at home if you don't already have a tool kit. The jumper cables seem to be very good quality, as does everything else in there. Luckily I haven't had a car emergency since getting this kit (knock on wood) so I can't tell you how long I can survive in the wild or whether I'd be able to care for everyone in a massive accident were I to come across it before an ambulance arrived, but given the wide spectrum of supplies in this kit I'm definitely going to feel a lot more confident going into whatever emergency situation that comes up. As a cherry on top it comes in a very well made, easy to carry bag. It's somewhat weighty, but that's to be expected when you have so, so many supplies crammed into it.

I’m so impressed with the quality and completeness of the set! The jumper cables are sturdy and well-made, not flimsy like some other kits I’ve seen. It comes with everything you might need in a roadside emergency—from a reflective safety vest and warning triangle to tools, gloves, and a tire pressure gauge. The premium carry bag is compact yet fits everything perfectly, making it easy to store in the trunk without taking up too much space. I really love the peace of mind it brings knowing I’m better prepared for unexpected car trouble. I think every vehicle should have one!
