If you work on a lot of stuff with push pins, these are worth every penny. Can be hard to use in tight spaces, but overall they make pulling pins childs play compered to using a flat head or needle nose pliers.

Don't get me wrong, if you work a lot with panel clips, I reccomend you get this tool. It's good quality, the steel used is hardened, nothing flexes as it functions. The actuation mechanism looks fragile, but surprisingly stout. But, don't think you're not going to grab a bunch of picks, and that perfect bent mini screwdriver, and your cat's paw, you usually used to seperate panel clips too. Great concept, but they function the best where panel clips don't propagate with dirt. Example, for panel clips around or near bumpers, inner fenders, and splash shields, will propagate with dust, dirt, road debris, and make the panel clip's wedge pin difficult to remove with this tool. It's due to the tool's jaw section that pinches under the wedge pin are a little too short causing them to slip off, as it pulls the wedge pin that's dirty causing excessive friction. If the jaws were longer with a gradual chamfer=clip removed the first time. Instead, you got to fidget with it a bit. So far they fit pretty much any panel clips with a center wedge pin. If the panel clips are clean, new, it's a wonder tool. I also suggest to the manufacturer of the tool to design these with longer noses, and different angles. They work best with clips that are flush with the surface. If you have to work with a clip that's recessed you can't get the tool in there.

Works great. It will not remove all clips due to age of plastic and dirt accumulation. But this is not necessarily a fault of the tool.

These are life savers when dealing with panel clips. There are 28 holding the front fascia of my daily Honda in place. This tool makes short work of them. Seems well built, easy to use, and a good value. Might not be for the pro in daily use, but for the cost it can't be beat!
