I bought this to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday and she felt very loved and so happy!! The quality of these glass photo stand alone and the keychains are out of this world! I have no idea how they do it but it’s fascinating to look at. I also had to contact customer service since the batteries fell out of the keychain. They got back to me promptly and let me know which batteries to purchase. I ordered them off of Amazon for a little under $10 and the batteries fit perfectly! I just want to thank the crew who made the glass photos because it made both my and my girlfriend so so happy! Definitely a keepsake and worth the money :)

*Update: This company is amazing with their customer service! The product I received had a typo that was very possibly my own mistake, even though I thought to have re-read the submitted text multiple times to make sure of its correctness. Regardless, this company offered me a replacement at a significant discount and the turn around was crazy quick. Their follow up was daily until I could place the order correctly. This is five star service at its best and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a crystal with them. Looking forward to the new and revised item! Old review: This product came with a typo when I specifically made sure all the text was proper before placing the order.. I ordered this product and made sure that the text said “This love is crystal clear to me baby. I love you now and forever.” However, this product came and they put “It’s love is crystal clear to me baby. I love you now and forever.” I’m very off put that I spent $100 on a typo given product of this caliber and there is no refund option. It’s a small detail, but it basically destroys the beauty of the gift. Im hoping the seller will make this right and if they do by sending me out the crystal with the text I ordered, the correct text, then I will update my review to five stars and reflect their effort because this crystal is beautiful but that typo ruins the entire gift.

Disappointed at the size of my finished product. I expanded my photo to the edges of the space allowed. When I recieved it, I could hardly see the 2 people in it. I assumed it would be larger within the heart shape. I ordered a medium size heart and spent alot of money on this as a meaningful gift. I will keep it for myself. I ordered another one and resized the same picture. I'll update when I recieve it. Quality of the heart is superb. It's heavy and shiney. It arrived packaged well, on time and in perfect condition.
