I own some CAP 25 pound grip plates and the 50 pound plates are just as good. True to weight and the powder coating on these plates lasts forever without peeling or scratching off. I wanted larger plates so I can deadlift as well as not have to load as many plates each time and these are great quality. These weights have a granularity that allows the weight lifter to very gradually add to their workout routine. Weight plates with bigger poundage increments can make it difficult to progress in your overall plan/goals. The weights look good as well. Cast iron plates tend to have a rusty look.
