The weights themselves are all fine - covered in different colors of neoprene. They don't seem "cheap". The stand, however, is pretty flimsy, so I am in agreement with other reviews I've read here.

Weights themselves are great but the selling point on this purchase is the included rack. Unfortunately that said included rack is gray not black as pictured and made from flimsy plastic. Extremely deceiving!!!

If I had it to do over, I'd just go to the local sporting good store for hand weights. I had to wait 10 days for delivery. The stand is useless. If you want weights, give back to your community by buying local. Don't bother with this set. This gets 3 stars only because the weights are nice.
