They work. Plain and simple. I don’t deadlift with them because of the reviews I’ve seen on here. They do seem a little fragile in that sense. Don’t drop em and you’re good. Mine aren’t terribly sharp like people are saying on here. But a file will take care of that. Get your muscle and save some money. Doesn’t need to be the fanciest.

I was a little skeptical of this product because of a few reviews that said the weights arrive damaged (weights are heavy after all, and cast iron is brittle). However, it arrived with no problems and all intact - although I felt a little bad for the postman. The 2 x 25 lb plates where packaged in one box and separated by cardboard, but fine. I should also say this is a *way* better deal than some other sellers for plates on Amazon. Definitely worth it.

First time I bought a pair of weights from them everything was fine. The second time I bought (and was charged for) a pair I only received one. CAP says this is not an authorized retailer and couldn't help me. Luckily Amazon offered a full refund and to let me keep the single plate. In the end I got a 'free' plate, but a concerning experience.

In these no contact times having weights delivered quickly to your home is both a godsend and bo brainer..While everyone is either out of stock or hit or miss on supply, this company is 100% I dont worry about the metrics however the quality is better than weights had bought pre pandemic..I have made 3 order and have not been disappointed...New weights always have a smell from the casting process that dissipates in time...Ive been a trainer for at least 35 years so I recommend these weights..

These weights arrived much faster than promised. They are iron and I pick them up; what else to say? The castings on these are a little rough; it's nothing I would ever accept in iron cooking implements, but all I do is pick them up so it doesn't matter. My only beef is one of the 10 pound weights looked like it was dropped. The paint was chipped in a lot of places. It wasn't worth bothering the seller with a return. I had a bottle of touch up paint provided by a different manufacturer for something else. Good value for the money.
