Trying too decide if you want the one handed dumb bells or the 2 hand barbell (long one)? I bought these one handed dumb bells to replace a pair I had been using (the old ones had grips, that slid and weights could fit, but the grip pushed the weights off balance). I needed a new pair and decided I did not need a rubber grip on them (see the my reason above, plus I am not going heavy weights on these). I have one of those 2 feet square foam pads in my closet. I keep these 2 bars, some weights and an elastic stretch band for legs / ankles I bought from amazon. I have a home gym and all it takes it 2 feet of space in my closet floor for storage. Oh, you want the 2 handed dumb bells so you can lift heavy? Then you want to invest in a good quality bench, a weight rack. These one handed dumb bells will be a good addition. ... show more

Dumbell incline fly's . That's what I use these for. Well built. I used to work out 3 hours per day 33 years ago. Now it's just enough to keep tone and sweat make the woman pretend they aint watch'n but they are lol
