    • Don't Buy From This Vendor!
This is a quality camera, but the seller is a problem! I had to return the camera due to the fact that I could not longer use it for it's intended use (small, compact). HOWEVER, I was charged a "restocking fee" of $186.96?!! The camera was used for about 5 minutes, re-packaged perfectly with all contents intact including the packing materials, returned well within the time allowed, and returned via UPS. The camera is a great camera, but don't buy from this vendor--almost $200 to return the camera!!! I know the camera is in short supply (it's been discontinued) but find another vendor! ... show more

It costs way more than the last time I bought the same one -years ago. Easy to use, great pictures quality, like the size, hard to tell about battery life yet but do have an extra battery and charger just in case when traveling. The camera is worth the money! I purchased back in February and waited less than a week for it to arrive. All the settings were in english and I had no problem setting it up. It came in perfect condition in its box and with a battery charger. Battery life is good for me I just use it for taking casual pictures when on trips and family events. The battery doesn't take long to charge at all, maybe 30 minutes, but I always charge my battery on full before going out when I plan on using it. It's small enough to be compact, I usually carry it in my coach purse. It's beginner friendly I would say, I have little experience with photography and can navigate the settings pretty well. I bought this camera instead of the G7X to see if I would full fill the same way I would've felt if I made that other purchase and safe to say it does! Maybe later on i will upgrade but I am very contempt with this purchase! I take this camera with me everywhere and have been getting my money's worth from it! Best camera ever! Great size to fit in your purse, but I always use my protective case. It’s easy to use but I’d recommend looking up settings on TikTok. Quality is so crisp my photo game is next levellll.

It is a very nice camera and you definitely get the real deal however it is manufactured for Japan only. It does have the english settings and works the same as the USA version thankfully, the main difference is that there is no warranty on it for any other markets other than Japan and certain SD cards aren’t compatible with the camera. Overall, i am very pleased with the purchase as it does work just as well but keep it mind it is for Japan only! I would still recommend it because they are discontinued and it is a very nice camera to have same quality as the g7x! ... show more

    • Delicate flash but greatCamera
I have three of these but this is the only one with the 40x Zoom . Different models but all three have the same flash and the other two are broken . One does not flash and the other is loose at the hinge. Be careful with the flashes they are delicate. Only complaint , the problem is 800.00 a crack and no help for repair . I almost bought a Nikon this time but supplies are limited at stores and online. The next model similar is 1400 . If I was not in a hurry I may have waited for a different camera. I have 7 cannon cameras , cannon doesn’t care just keep buying them. Honest review from my experience over 20 years. Have a good day. So far this one is holding up . ... show more
