My husband has been talking about getting his own camera forever! So when I asked him what he wanted for Father’s Day and he told me yet again, “I don’t know” I think I wanted to strangle him and then I dawned on me that he’s been talking about getting himself a camera for years and never actually did it. I was having an issue trying to find where to turn AWB off on his camera so I could take a picture that wasn’t washed out but I’m sure with more than a minute of playing with it, I would be able to figure it out.     • How to use it
The Instruction Book is the main Problem I couldn't English I ended up calling you telling you I got no Instructions all had was instructions in Turkey and Japenese there was no table of con tents, small square at bottom right corner has all the langages us was in the beging were the credits are for wrote book and so on. I would have like better Instructions. Been looking for a Camera book now on your web site but none of the Books are for this Model I also type in Cannon to see if the had any Books the Cannons web page said for $1.00 I'll tell you thing you want to know. I'm starting to wonder what I got myself into. The other thing is I thought it would zoom in more than what it does, I hope Lens are not going to be a problem with this unit, My husband Races and I take the picture for this event. ... show more

Hello, I am returning this product because it does not have A/V Ports for video monitor nor external Tascam audio recorder/microphone. Unfortunately that crucial bit of information was not listed in the product description. I will be purchasing another camera/camcorder style for video production. Everything else about this product is up to standard for photography, ease of use, and reasonably priced. Just not recommended for intermediate nor advanced film making. Thank you! ... show more

This is an amazing beginner camera! At first I was a bit worried about the quality, but when I started to play with it more, the photos became great! I love this camera and I’m going to be recommending this to starter photographers. I would say that the lense itself is a bit small, but it does the job. It’s a decently light camera which is perfect for when trying to do a lot of walking around and taking photos. I would give this a 9/10. Just because it was definitely confusing at first. If anyone is getting this, I highly recommend looking at YouTube tutorials to learn more about it. ... show more

This canon camera is not only lightweight but it's beautiful to just look at. The camera itself is tiny easy to hold and it's not hard for beginners at all. I bought this for my first trip to chicago and get some beautiful pictures of the windy city. not only is it ultra clear but it has super long battery life. I still suggest buying the extra batteries and an extra SD card because you will be using it so much. Sure the price is up there but what do you expect?...It's a canon afterall and you get what you pay for. The product is very nice and i'm sure it will last forever. ... show more

Love it good for beginners and great pictures 📸 I saw reviews on the flash that came with the camera and it worked great for me you have to use the included bracket that comes with the flash in the box does not mount on the camera
