I posted a photo of my original Sky Light steak knife which is slighter bigger and heavier. This Cangshan knife feels so much smaller in my hand and the weight is a bit too light. These steak knives look great, have a nice weight and balance and fit nicely in my hand. They are not as sharp as I hoped but no other craftsmanship based disappointment. I am not going to kick up to much fuss about the misleading information on the knives due to the price point. Had always used serrated steak knives before with mediocre results. These non-serrated knives cut through steak and other meats easily, cleanly with no tearing. They are the perfect weight and design. We are very pleased with our choice and the value.
