I posted a photo of my original Sky Light steak knife which is slighter bigger and heavier. This Cangshan knife feels so much smaller in my hand and the weight is a bit too light. These steak knives look great, have a nice weight and balance and fit nicely in my hand. They are not as sharp as I hoped but no other craftsmanship based disappointment. I am not going to kick up to much fuss about the misleading information on the knives due to the price point.
