Ordered this light to use in our downstairs bathroom. I wanted to replace the current boring sconces in that room. In opening this box, I was initially impressed. It’s a decent looking light. I plugged it in and the light itself is quite bright. This isn’t the fault of the light itself, but it’s possibly a little too bright and because of the type of light it is a very white light. The reason why I am giving it fewer stars is because it simply looks cheap. It’s basically made of plastic and cheaply made and looks like it. In the box it looks stylish but outside of it, it looks cheap. I won’t hang this in our bathroom but we might use it in another room. ... show more

I was not prepared for how BRIGHT this is. Seriously, there is NOTHING subtle or sexy about this light. I could see dust in the opposite corner of my bedroom that I never noticed before! Also in person, the light looks very cheap. It’s pretty much all plastic. It’s nice it can easily be hung up, but it’s too bad you cannot adjust the brightness. IT IS SOOOOOOOOO BRIGHT. I’m afraid to look at it for fear it will burn my eyes out! It’s just too much! I wanna enjoy it, but I have feeling I might take it down and maybe put it in my garage? It’s a neat idea - but the execution is fairly poor. Maybe it will grow on me? We shall have to see?!?! P.S. ITS STILL JUST TOO BRIGHT 😪 ... show more
