Made candles with my 3 granddaughters ages 10 - 13. They loved having such a great amount of color options. Read that you don't need alot to make a deep color. It is true. I use 100% soy wax for my candles and I’ve had trouble getting them to be bright or dark colors. Most of the time the colors turn out more of a pastel. For Halloween I wanted a pitch black candle. I was skeptical as Ive tried so many different brands. This stuff really gave my candle the perfect dark black. I did a burn test and so far it burns just like normal. The instructions say to use .07-.1 oz for 2.2 lbs but I wasn’t planning on making 2.2 lbs of wax so I used 2.8% and I didn’t have any issues. (Ex. 2.8% of 4 oz of wax is .11 oz of coloring flakes) I highly recommend this. I’ll be buying in different colors in the future!
