Finally an inexpensive product made from someplace other than China. These are great shears. Ordered a second pair after using my first pair for a while to replace a pair of Calphalon shears. Micro serrations along the blades keep you from having to "chase" what you are cutting, but may negate resharpening should they ever get dull. My wife loves this compared to the last one that came with the butcher block. It's sharp, seems well constructed, and have survived our dishwasher's torment for over a year now. It's a minor nit, but I would highly recommend is that the manufacturer use a stainless steel center screw (picture included). The one included tends to rust.
