    • Dead in less that 12 hours
Received the miner, it was packaged appropriately. Plug in and configuration took maybe 35-45 minutes. Plugged it in, configured it, and began monitoring it. Woke up the next morning, the miner was completely dead. Power supply light was on but the unit was unresponsive. Contacted support who required a video of the issue (30 seconds only, (anything more than 30 seconds it is rejected). After sending the required video of the issue, they requested I download a hardware recovery tool to a laptop and attempt some random recovery on a dead device. I just returned it to Amazon. Seller should consider just replacing it instead of troubleshooting a dead unit since they have a video of the unit being dead. ... show more
