My Husband, FOUR dogs and I went on a weekend camping trip using this tent. Very sturdy! Fit a twin size mattress on one half and left plenty of room for belongings and space for all 4 dogs to lay out. The setup took about 15 minutes for two people and the tent held up the entire weekend without the need to tie anything down twice. No severe weather to attest to but with the windows open allowed for great air circulation! Great purchase and will be using again. Love the stability of this tent!

This tent was perfect for our recent camping trip and made the whole experience much smoother. The setup was quick. Inside, we were able to fit two queen-sized air mattresses easily with room to spare. Our group consisted of four adults and two kids, and we all slept very comfortably without feeling cramped at all. It is a reliable and spacious.

I find this a very good tent for the money. The headroom is nice. There is enough length along the short wall for an inflatable bed, though it does touch the wall. Initial setup was ok, not great. Subsequent ones will go smoother. The instructions could be better, and larger. There is room for improvement. The tent is strung too tight on the poles. This pulls the bottom edge of the tent up off the ground. This means water will follow the fabric and go under the tent and get trapped between it and the groundcloth. This is a MAJOR fail. The tent's bottom perimeter seam should have a deflector flap to prevent this. The window zippers are good, but the zipper for the door is under designed. I would not be surprised to see it fail before too long. Some velcro at the door would also be a nice touch for fast opening/closing. A second electrical hole, on the back of the tent, would be convenient. I found the poles a little lightweight, and feared I would snap them while erecting. But they held. The tent is not as large looking as I thought it would be. I'm glad I got the larger, 6 person, size. I'd also like to see a convenient way to restrict the ventilation at the top, for colder weather.

Setup was easy. Took me about 10 mins, not quite the 5 mins they claim but still really quick. Space-wise, it’s great for about 5 people with plenty of room. I wouldn’t try squeezing 8 like they advertise, but for a family or smaller group it’s solid. I fit a queen air mattress in there and still had space left over. The material itself feels a little flimsy when you’re handling it, but once it’s set up it holds together fine. My main use is at the beach, and what matters most to me is that it’s easy to carry. This thing is super light and packs down small, which makes a huge difference when you’re dragging a bunch of stuff through the sand. It’s definitely a trade-off on quality, but the portability makes up for it. Not the toughest tent out there, but for beach trips or times when you need something light and easy to haul around, it does the job really well.

This camping tent exceeded all of our expectations. It’s very spacious inside, with plenty of room for people, gear, and moving around comfortably. Setup was much easier than I expected and didn’t take long at all, even the first time. The tent feels solid and well made, and it held up great in both wind and rain, everything stayed completely dry inside. The mesh windows and door provide excellent airflow, which made a big difference on warmer days, and the rainfly adds an extra layer of protection when the weather changes. I also love that it packs back into the carry bag without a struggle. Overall, this is a reliable, comfortable tent that’s perfect for family trips or group camping. Highly recommend it.

I have slept in a lot of tents. This one was purchased with the purpose of being a good car camping tent for our family of four. We anticipated it would see a lot of sand, dirt, etc and we wanted something that was sufficient to do the job, but not so nice we'd cry if anything happened to it. We camped for a week at both the beach and the Hoh rainforest in sunshine and in rain. Key points: Things I love: Color is great. Bottom of tent is tarp material, so it's durable and extends up the sides. Fits the whole family. Packs down small for it's size. Very affordable. Plenty of vents (no condensation issues). Things I dislike: THE ZIPPER ON THE DOOR. Why did they only put one zipper pull on the zipper instead of two?! It is really annoying as an adult to bend down and unzip/rezip from the very bottom every time I want to get in or out of the tent. Every other tent I own I has double zippers to avoid this. (You can leave them at the middle/top, and then unzip and step inside without stooping all the way over). Also, kids sometimes don't push the zipper all the way closed and I constantly felt paranoid we'd get mice or another critter in the tent because of this. The poles are kinda flimsy. We definitely had some unique looking angles going on. Water resistance was questionable. We had water come in through that blasted door zipper and also a few other places after two days of rain. I would not want to be in this tent in heavy winds. Overall, it's a good entry level tent. It's a great bang for your buck if this is your price point. There are nicer ones out there, but nothing this affordable. One last hot tip: You can get a tarp from Harbor Freight for less than $10 if you need a footprint. Happy Camping!
