It's a pretty nifty hammock. Goes up easy. The carabiners are good quality. Holds 250lb for sure. Although I'd be careful about the straps with any more weight. This hammock replaced a similar one where the stitches making the adjustment sections failed with 300lb. You cpukd replace straps with paracord and save both weight and space. I'm 5'6 and 170 and with a sleeping bag I can close it like a cocoon around me if I put some weight in the bag part and pull it up and over to the other side of me it keeps it closed. ... show more

I bought this hammock for camping this year. I'm surprised that it held up so well! My 2 boys played on it the whole time, using it as a hammock and then a swing. Lightweight and easy to carry around. Setting up and taking apart only took few minutes. No instruction included but nothing a quick search online couldn’t solve (glad there was reception!). We got size large and hung it lower so our kids can climb in and out also to avoid falling. I snuggled in it with the kids comfortably. Sometimes our 22lbs dog joined us. Bought at $17. Not sure how it would hold up if left in the elements, but that is not a concern for us as we put it up when we want to.
