The media could not be loaded. This is a really nice cooler! Great color and feels heavy duty and durable. The handle feels great, I love the cup cut out design on the lid and the heavy duty rubber material for the hinges. This is our new travel cooler that will be staying in our suv for trips so it’s the perfect size for our trunk space for our family of 4. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is bc there is kind of like a slash on the front of the cooler and scuffs on the side which I was a little bummed out about bc for the price it would have been nice to have a little more protection on it. But otherwise I really loved this and excited to have it with us while traveling. Update: We finally were able to get in touch with the correct people at Camp Zero and returned our cooler. They have sent us a new one and it is out on the deck with water in it for over 8 hours. No leaking so far. We really do like the size and construction of this cooler, it seemed to keep the contents cold. We are looking forward to using this again on our next camping trip. We sent this email to Camp-Zero about a cooler I bought for a gift this Christmas. It was not used until last month and leaked both times we have used it. " To Camp Zero - We purchased an orange Camp-Zero 20 Premium rotomolded cooler from the Camp-Zero store on Amazon last December. It wasn’t used use until recently. I noticed that water was leaking from the feet on our last outing. Our RV floor was wet, and the spot on the dry ground became damp and a bit muddy. To check it at home, I cleaned and dried it completely and filled the bottom with water, making sure the drain plug was tight. None dripped from the drain plug, but water leaked from the feet closest to the drain. Clearly there is a manufacturing defect where the drain plug hole is not glued properly and water is leaking into the insulated area and out where the feet are fastened" This email was sent a week ago and we have not had any response. We are not able to use this cooler the way that we expected we would and would like a replacement from the maker. At this point we would not recommend this product. ... show more

Ice didn't completely melt in our longest 3 day trip yet. Looks good and seals beyond belief. One of our first times using it, we threw all of our drinks and ice in it (no pre-chilling done). When I tried to open it in a couple hours, it had vacuumed sealed shut tight from the cooling effect. It took a lot more effort than I expected to open it and I challenge everyone to try it and see! But....it showed to me it has an incredible seal to it. Great price for what I wanted, a nice looking and working travel cooler. ... show more

This is my second purchase, but a larger size. Love both of them keep cold for long, long time. Very sturdy and this size has a drain plug and I really like that feature. Lids close very tightly and the latches keep it that way.

I definitely don’t write reviews unless it’s worth it, but I must say this is a fantastic product. I work on ambulance and need something large but not to large that was durable and would keep things cool for long periods of time in this southern heat. It had meet all my expectations and the customer service is even better. They helped me solved one small issue I had in a quick and timely matter.
