I bought this thinking this is the same one I purchase in the stores all the time. I am a current college student and because I do not have a car I can not get my normal relaxer (I got to an all white school where they don't sell these products). SO I decided to buy it online even though the price is more than it is in the store. I realized once I used the perm that it was not at all the like the perm I bought in the past (been using this for (14 years). I was so upset because the perm smelt horrible and the lotion that comes in the pack had nothing in it. Save your money and time and just buy this product in the stores. I was so disappointed and upset that I bought this. It made my hair rough and brittle. Trust me, this brand is wonderful but this seller is clearly a FAKE! ... show more

It did not burn my scalp, but the most amazing and surprising thing about it was very little hair that was left in my tub after my shower.
