I love how well this tool works with my Silhouette machine! It engraves like a dream! I've done so many ornaments and necklaces with this! My only complaint is that the card that comes with the tool that says you can follow this link to get instructions etc, the site gives VERY LITTLE instruction. I feel as though I had to do trial and error here, and while I was successful, It's not my preferred way to learn a new tool. That being said I still highly recommend this tool for anyone wanting to engrave things with their Silhouette Machine! ... show more

This does the job. 3 different size tips. Fits right in the Cameo 4. I only gave it 4 stars because I just wish they provided the instruction sheet that was in the description. That was one of the selling points...

There was no instruction manual in the box, just a card pointing to a website that gave a few projects but no real manual. I couldn't find information on which tip to use for what material or what settings to use and I got no response from Zoom's customer service. I tried my best to experiment and went over a small acrylic disk multiple times with various pressure settings (and tried all three tips) and still only got the faintest engraving. I can't speak to how it works on metal as I will be returning it. ... show more
