I use my mug for ice water. It keeps ice frozen overnight. I typically don’t like lids that screw on and initially I did have trouble aligning the lid so that the handle was in the correct location for me to hold the cup by the handle and drink from it. When you start to screw the lid on, the opening must be directly across from the handle of the mug. At least that’s what works for me. I have some carpel tunnel and arthritis in my hands but I am still able to screw the lids in place an unscrew them with no problem. This was a good purchase for me. ... show more

Beverage stays hot, for now. Rubberized handle and base is nice. Few parts to dismantle and clean. Past camelbak products did not hold up paint wise and caps stretched in the dishwasher so the beverage would not stay hot due to a bad seal. Let’s see how this one holds up.

Camelbak is my favorite. It works just as well as the more popular and expensive ones. I reuse water or soda bottles to make ice cubes. It lasts several days with one bottle ice cube. I’ve never used it for hot beverages so can’t comment on that. And they had it in Lavender, my favorite color!
